Getting Started

1. How do I place an order?

Open the FoodyBazar app and log in.

Browse through the list of restaurants or search for a specific restaurant or cuisine.

Select the items you wish to order and add them to your cart.

Review your order and click "Checkout."

Choose your payment method and enter any delivery instructions.

Confirm your order.


2. Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel your order before it is accepted by the restaurant. Once the restaurant has accepted your order, it cannot be canceled.


Delivery

1. How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you can track its status in real-time through the "My Orders" section in the app. You'll receive updates on when your order is being prepared, picked up, and delivered.


2. What if I miss my delivery?

If you miss your delivery, our delivery representative will attempt to contact you. If they are unable to reach you, your order will be returned to the restaurant. Please ensure your contact details are up to date and that you are available to receive your order.


Payments

1. What payment methods are accepted?

FoodyBazar accepts various payment methods, including digital wallets, and cash on delivery. Choose your preferred payment method at checkout.


Account Management

1. How do I update my profile information?

Log in to your FoodyBazar account. Go to "Profile" and select "Edit Profile." Update your information and save the changes.


2. What should I do if I forget my password?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered phone number after that you will receive otp code verify that otp then you will redirect the page where you can set new paasword after set new password login with your phone number and new password.
