FoodyBazar is a technology platform that provides food delivery services, connecting users with their favorite restaurants. FoodyBazar does not itself sell, prepare, own, or take title to any food, beverages, or other products listed on the platform — it acts solely as an intermediary facilitating orders and delivery between Users and Restaurants. By using the platform, you accept our Terms of Use and Policies, forming a contract with Foody Bazar Pvt. Ltd.
"User" refers to anyone using our services.
"Restaurant" refers to independent food establishments listed on FoodyBazar.com, who are solely responsible for the preparation, quality, and sale of the food items they list.
"FoodyBazar", "we", or "us" refers to Foody Bazar Pvt. Ltd., a service provider facilitating orders between Users and Restaurants.
2. Nature of Service
FoodyBazar operates purely as a service and technology platform. We do not manufacture, prepare, stock, own, buy, or sell any food items or products. All food items available on the platform are owned, prepared, priced, and sold directly by the respective partner Restaurants. FoodyBazar's role is limited to:
Enabling Users to browse Restaurant menus and place orders;
Forwarding confirmed orders to the relevant Restaurant;
Facilitating payment collection and delivery logistics on behalf of the Restaurant.
Any contract for the sale of food items is formed directly between the User and the Restaurant. FoodyBazar is not a party to that sale.
3. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on www.FoodyBazar.com, and users are responsible for keeping themselves informed by reviewing the changes.
4. Pricing, Orders, and Payments
Pricing: All menu prices are set solely by partner Restaurants and may change without prior notice. FoodyBazar does not set or control food pricing but strives to display accurate, up-to-date information as provided by Restaurants.
Online Orders: Upon placing an order:
You will receive a notification.
A representative will call to confirm the order on behalf of the Restaurant. If unreachable, the order will not be processed.
Phone Orders: Orders placed via phone will be processed immediately.
Order Forwarding: After confirmation, the order is forwarded to the partner Restaurant, which is solely responsible for preparing and fulfilling it.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under these conditions:
Before Preparation: Orders can be canceled before the Restaurant starts preparing the food.
Unavailable Items: If an item is unavailable, we will notify you, and you may cancel the order for a refund.
Cancellation by FoodyBazar:
We reserve the right to cancel your order in these scenarios:
Delivery address is outside our delivery areas.
Unable to contact you for order confirmation.
Unavailability of ordered items, as reported by the Restaurant.
6. Refund Policy
Full or Partial Refunds: Provided for incorrect orders or missing items, as facilitated by FoodyBazar on behalf of the Restaurant. Since FoodyBazar does not sell the food items itself, refunds relate to the delivery/order-facilitation service and amounts collected on the Restaurant's behalf, and are processed in accordance with our policies.
