• Location Information: Live GPS location at the time of ordering, used only to calculate the distance between the restaurant and your delivery address for delivery charge purposes. We do not provide live rider tracking — order status is shared via notifications only.

• Communication Data: Call/message records with our support team or riders for order confirmation and issue resolution.

• Device & Usage Data: Device type, IP address, app/browser usage data, collected automatically for security and service improvement.

We do not collect online payment or card details, as FoodyBazar does not support online payment. Orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, or by scanning a QR code linked to the company's bank account at the time of delivery.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Verify your identity via OTP and manage your account.

• Process and confirm your orders, and forward them to the relevant Restaurant.

• Calculate delivery distance and charges using your location at the time of order.

• Coordinate delivery through our riders.

• Contact you regarding order status, confirmations, or issues.

• Improve our platform, troubleshoot problems, and prevent fraud.

• Send offers, promotions, or updates (you may opt out at any time).

• Comply with legal obligations under applicable Nepali law.

4. How We Share Your Information

As a service platform connecting Users and Restaurants, some data sharing is necessary to fulfill your order:

• With Restaurants: Order details (items, quantity, delivery address, contact number) so they can prepare and hand over your order.

• With Delivery Riders: Our riders, who are our own employees, receive your name, delivery address, and phone number solely to complete delivery.

• With Legal Authorities: Where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of FoodyBazar, our Users, or the public.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Since we do not use an online payment gateway, no payment data is shared with any third-party processor.
